Crocs India — Sole is solen nd scratches on it

My crocs has got too many scratches nd thick lines on it, and sole is reduced or solen, it is bent on the front, it looks very creep nd i feel uncomfort using it, i feel it is a duplicate product. My crocs got soo many. Scratches within 1 week of purchase. Please consider my complaint seariously nd give a solution. I want a exchange on my product because i got issues within 1 week of purchase. Please consider it seriously.
