Respected whomever it may concern,
I have purchased the crocs sandals from mochi, Lulu mall Cochin. Within two months the sole and the strap is torn. I managed it with the adhesive for some time but it keeps coming off. It's been a year since we purchased the item. I don't have an invoice with me. Please do the needful as early as possible. Thank you.

Sir I ordered crocs from its online store vide order no[protected] after duly checking the size. but when i received crocs were oversize . when contacted their company customer care, they refused to exchange it giving a reason that you have purchased it in the sale. kindly help.
