I still didn't get any update for this. I tried to reach customer care and they told to take it to service center. I asked for the address and no update, i couldn't find the Chennai service center details in online also. Then I enquired in a shop and they told that crocs does not have any service center in India. If that is the case why are the customer care people giving wrong info.
