Pfa the complaint slip.
I bought two footwears of worth rs. 5500/ (One for 3000 and another for 2500/-) in august end.

With this item the first layer got peeled off before 2 months. I went to crocs mahagun mall and got served by mr. Sonu. He promised to send it to company and look for replacement as 90 days weren't complete.
I didn't get any call regarding the update of my footwear. After several follow ups from my side, they said the replacement is promised but the size 7 is unavailable and i can't get the pair from any other outlet of crocs.
Now it's been more than a month after recieving the complaint slip and today (22nd nov) i got a call (From raj chopra - manager crocs mahagun mall) stating that your footwear can't get exchanged and should be taken back as it is.
Mr. Raj chopra (Manager - employee id up7775) is really a mannerless and rude person. He is completely absent minded and has no etiquette to behave with female or any customer.
Also, during my purchase i needed size 7. It was in their stock but they didn't care to check and said it's unavailable and i should buy from other outlet like g. I. P or dlf mall of india, noida.
I checked myself in the racks and found my size in the same style i wanted. So bought it immediately.
If this is how metro employees behave and work, i think crocs should take an action.
This customer has spent her 3000 grands and waited for a long time now so that she can enjoy wearing crocs everyday and not haunted by employees like raj chopra and sonu.
If no action is taken here within reasonable time, i will be taking an legal action and also going to write about it on social media platforms.
