[Resolved]  Croma A Tata Enterprise — Bad Service Request and In Time Delivery Failure

I had Purchased Whirlpool Refrigerator DC190Ltr 205I-m Grey5s from CROMA INDIRAPURAM Store on 6th June 2014, and the commitment time todelivery was on 9th June 2014 between 12-5PM. For the successful delivery i had not went to anywhere andwaited for whole day .But i have got no call from croma till 7:30Pm.My wholeday was spoiled and when i tried to get in contact with croma (Regionalmanager-Manish Agarwal, Ph. No-[protected]) They have rudely behaved to me and told me that go and File complainsin consumer court who cares, do whatever you want to do. However i have got acall from Store Person (Vijay[protected] stating for a compensation of1500.00 rs. Since i have lost my whole day, my mobile balance, my oneday leave, my personal leave so i need minimum of 5000rs compensation fromCROMA and (Regional manager-Manish Agarwal, Ph. no-[protected]) apologies forwhat he behaved . It have resolved. I had taken reimbursement from croma's end.however it was very long process. I did may call/mail for croma even though i did send a reminder cum legal notice for them. after this legal notice they are completely afraid and agree to reimburse as per my request. Thanks Aksoha and Other Consumer form they have provide channel to me log complaint.
