I have purchased an AC of croma (detail below and in attachment), its not cooling anymore. It is still in guarantee period, But No customer care number and helpline available to fix the problem, but at the time of sale they have given 2 yrs extended warranty(total 3 yrs warranty) without even thinking of their customer service. Croma is fooling the people by false guarantee and no customer service in case of problem(as customer service number not reachable and they falsely claim that customer service number reachable 24x7 ). The purchase proof attached which also shows about extended the guarantee. I ask croma to help me or stop fooling the people and get out from the market.
