Croma — Hp printer 136nw non installation as promised

Iam dr jithendra mohan shetty, ph no. [protected] regular customer of chroma and share holder of tcd, tata coffee and tata elexi. i have bought hp 136 nw printer from croma jp nagar 2 phase bangalore. promised installetion but not keeping up promise after payment. our house is in jp nagar 6 phase T arm distance. called repeatedly but troubling so much to this senior citizen. please do the needfull ot take back the oroduct. we bought this bevmcause of TATA.
