I ordered this LG 1.6 TON AC for my brother who is diagnosed with a severe cancer condition.
He lives in Chennai and to make life a little easy for him I ordered this and right from the date it was delivered to this date, the AC has not worked and umpteen number of calls to the customer care service center is not helping at all.
They say some spare parts is missing and they do not have stock.
Is it that you have supplied us a faulty machine in the first place the is not intended to work at all!
Can you and your organization be a little more empathetic towards my brother and have the AC replaced.
My brother is undergoing chemotherapy right now and it caused a lot of heat in the body and that too in Chennai weather.
I visited your Croma store in Sarjapur Road Bengaluru where the store manager said he will have some one call me back. Nobody called.
He shared two mobile numbers that is not being answered at all. What is the point of giving this if there is not intention to provide service at all???
Both are not answering my calls are calling me back as promised when I visited the store.
Please note we are all senior citizens and visiting the store or following up multiple times in the toll free numbers is way too tiring for us.
Can we get immediate attention? Is there any escalation number that we can contact?
This is truly not resonating with the Senior Man's TATA business at all.
