Croma — LG Split Inverter AC

This is in reference to installation issue with our AC which stopped working after a 2 month. I have lodged a complaint on 3rd July but still it is unattended. I am hearing back from the customer care executives that we will recieve a call from croma installation guys but no one called. This is very pathetic experience since my product is under warranty and is it the case that croma is waiting for that warranty getting expired so they can charge me un-necessarily?
