[Resolved]  Croma — My money was deducted from bank but order was not placed

How can you guys do this to your customer. I somehow had money to purchace earphones and you guys took all my money and no order place plus no instant refund and told me to wait for 48 hrs, like seriously?if your website sucks please shut it down!!!
