[Resolved]  Croma — Panasonic AC

Kindly refer to service request no. SR[protected]

1 out of 5 ACs delivered was faulty. Panasonic service center is refusing to replace it and Croma is not taking appropriate action and hence I need a full refund of the faulty AC, kindly take it back asap.
