On 13th April 2022, I ordered an iPad 9th generation, 64gb Space grey from your website at 7:00pm. It was a store pickup from Sion, Mumbai, Maharshtra. Till now I have not even received a single confirmation message and invoice even though the amount got debited yesterday only at 7:08pm . On the website it is showing no order has been placed. Please look into this! I have called your customer service but they have raised a service request from completely different account through which I have not even ordered. They have raised service to completely different product which I have purchased in past.
