[Resolved] Croma — Regarding chroma fridge : chroma 250l 5 star crar 2244

We have registered a complaint on 05th apr 2016 regarding the fridge chroma 250l 5 star crar 2244 & when your engineer seen the same found that the compressor is having problem & also told these type of fridge are not available in chroma, hence replacement of this part is problem and there after there is not communication.
Today i have connected with chroma customer & spoken to shravani & she re register the complaint.
Therefore, it is requested to chroma team to either replace the compressor & make the fridge ready or simply replace the fridge as it is under warranty period.
Kindly not if i will not receive a communication then i will put forward this case to consumer forum & rti.

Now I am seeing it marked as resolved...How come so far no communication from Chroma...Please don't try to cheat people..I want a Immediate response as Fridge is a very Important house hold Appliance and with out fridge even 1 day is difficulty.

Please resolve the case with 1 day
