I am writing you with the reference to my compliant no. SR[protected] placed with Croma. I would like to inform that even after 15 days of complaint, I am not in receipt of any communication from Croma.
I have complained on Call Center & even visited Croma - Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali - W store, however there is no success.
Please note that I have purchased LG M/W Conv 28L MC 2883 SMP from Croma - Kandivali - W. It is very disappointing that Croma delivers Manufacture Defected Products to it's customer. Newly brought Microwave stopped working after 3-4 times usage. I have complained to LG Customer support & technician visited to check fault in Microwave. After technician verification, he found out that internal part called Microtron is defective & required to get replaced. I have informed to Technician that how can I allow you to replacement of parts as i have bought it few days back.
It is so surprising & shocking that Croma delivers defective products which break down with 3-4 usage. I have informed Croma that I need replacement of the product & not part, however croma is giving excuse that it is in hand of LG to replace. I have purchased product from Croma so I expect that Croma must help in this regard.
I would like to inform you that I can't accept your defected product & please undertake replacement of the same. If you can't replace the product than please Refund my money.
Looking forward for resolution of my complaint through here as I am waiting long to get confirmation from Croma.
