Sir, I ordered a Lenovo 10.6 Tab M 10 plus 3rd Gen LTE on 16 sep 23 vide ORDER ID TC[protected] from TATA NEO App.
The Tab was deliverd on 19 sep 23.
On unboxing and switching on the display was ound to be Defective with a single horizontal line across the display. Immediately a repalcement was initiated by me on TATA NEO App.
Also a complaint is under process with complaint No C[protected] with customer support.
Tab is not being repalsed but a refund has been initiated by Customer care on 22 sep 23 stating non availability. On furthe checking at online croma store web and Tata NEO APP The item is available to deliver to this address. Screen shot attached
But as the Tab is purchase with Credit card on EMI offer as offered at NEO APP. The refund will result in financial loss to me. As processing fee Intrest and Taxes have already been initiated by the bank.
It is requested to replace the Defective Tab with New Tab.
