[Resolved] Croma — TV is not working from 31st of July 2023

We registered the complaint on 31st of July 2023 but our complaint is getting closed even after providing alternate numbers to contact us and fix the issue.
Purchased 39 inches TV during May 2022 and also purchased 2 yrs of extended warranty . Please find the address where the TV is not working:

Till now no one has called us and came to our home and checked our TV.
Every day we raise a TV complaint and on the next day it will be closed without any call or fixing it .
It has more than 23 days after complaint but nothing happened till now.
