Croma — Unable to use Gift card expired

Hi Croma team,

I have reedemed my company rewards point with Croma digital Card (5000, 2000, 500) rupees which i have received via post around May-June 2021. Today ( 3rd Aug 2022) I tried to purchase the product from Croma store where i got to know my gift cards are expired.
Please help me to understand the process of extending validity of gift card ? For more details we can connect over call or mail.
