I have purchased the product from croma online with worth 2500 (gift card2k) and other was by paying online, the order went wrong due to their tech issues and it was not reflecting on portal.
I have called like 100 times and struggling to get my refund processed. Everyday wait for 1 hour to escalate repeat the issue and same update . they were just asking to wait for call back wait for email or message and no update after waiting for 2-3 days also. Its been more than one month 10+ Service request raised but no one helped me just strulgging to get my refund from croma. It's worst support and process ever came across.
