I made a purchase of my New iPhone 13 through Tata Neu App/Croma with HDFC Credit card offer.

Sir, I applied the following offer:
Rs.4, 000 Instant discount on HDFC Bank Credit Card. Discounted price inclusive of cashback will be applicable on final payment page. Select the offer from “View all offers ”on payment page to avail the benefit. T&C Apply.
But I got an email from HDFC that, Bank has converted the transaction into a 6 month EasyEMI and the bank has charged almost 3500/- rupees as Interest charges.
BANK HAS NOT CONVERTED THE TRANSACTION AS NO COST EMI BUT IT IS EASY EMI WITH INTEREST OF 3500/-
Today, I talked to the customercare of the HDFC bank and they said that Merchant has to send a consent about the NO-COST EMI but Croma has not yet sent the bank for NO-COST EMI.
And also I am very much concerned about the 4000/- Cashback that has to come after 120 days.
It's my humble request to all of the esteemed organizations(Tata/HDFC) to resolve my issue.
Please convert my transaction of Rs. 69, 990/- as NO-COST EMI with 4000/- Cashback.
