I have purchased the product from croma online with worth 2500 (gift card2k) and other was by paying online, the order went wrong due to their tech issues and it was not reflecting on portal.

Poor Quality and delay in Service
We have placed an order for a kitchen from this company Cromatica Zone and paid advance as well. One Sardarji (Sikh person) came and taken the order and went off. When I called them later, they were not picking up the telephone. They have delayed the delivery of kitchen 3 weeks and my house warming has been postponed due to this immatured company people. I am totally disappointed with their poor service...
