I have purchased the product from croma online with worth 2500 (gift card2k) and other was by paying online, the order went wrong due to their tech issues and it was not reflecting on portal.

I have called like 100 times and struggling to get my refund processed. Everyday wait for 1 hour to escalate repeat the issue and same update . they were just asking to wait for call back wait for email or message and no update after waiting for 2-3 days also. Its been more than one month 10+ Service request raised but no one helped me just strulgging to get my refund from croma. It's worst support and process ever came across.

    Dear Croma/Tata Digital/HDFC,

    I made a purchase of my New iPhone 13 through Tata Neu App/Croma with HDFC Credit card offer.

    Please find the Purchase details:
    Invoice No: SLA018TC6352459
    Date Time:[protected]
    Order Id: TC[protected]

    Sir, I applied the following offer:

    Rs.4, 000 Instant discount on HDFC Bank Credit Card. Discounted price inclusive of cashback will be applicable on final payment page. Select the offer from “View all offers ”on payment page to avail the benefit. T&C Apply.

    But I got an email from HDFC that, Bank has converted the transaction into a 6 month EasyEMI and the bank has charged almost 3500/- rupees as Interest charges.

    BANK HAS NOT CONVERTED THE TRANSACTION AS NO COST EMI BUT IT IS EASY EMI WITH INTEREST OF 3500/-

    Today, I talked to the customercare of the HDFC bank and they said that Merchant has to send a consent about the NO-COST EMI but Croma has not yet sent the bank for NO-COST EMI.

    And also I am very much concerned about the 4000/- Cashback that has to come after 120 days.

    It's my humble request to all of the esteemed organizations(Tata/HDFC) to resolve my issue.

    Please convert my transaction of Rs. 69, 990/- as NO-COST EMI with 4000/- Cashback.

    Please let me know if you need any information from my side.

      Poor Quality and delay in Service We have placed an order for a kitchen from this company Cromatica Zone and paid advance as well. One Sardarji (Sikh person) came and taken the order and went off. When I called them later, they were not picking up the telephone. They have delayed the delivery of kitchen 3 weeks and my house warming has been postponed due to this immatured company people. I am totally disappointed with their poor service and delay in delivery. Still I am not aware of this company''s credentials. This same company is also known in as Ashirvad in net. I am not sure whether this company exists or not. Anyway I am going to file a legal case against this company for the mental strain, Losses & delay in delivery. My intention is that nobody else should be cheated, as I have faced here in this Bangalore city.
