We have purchased a motor on 15th march 2021 in not even used for 1 month the motor is not working now and the service partner is claiming that it will take almost 4500/- to correct the motor. Kindly help us regarding this matter as we have always trusted chrompton greaves as a righfull brand to purchase as there is no problem in your products but this is the matter now we are getting trust issues. Kindly solve our problem as soon as possible we are sharing the bill copy and the service record copies with you and the motor is at your service center in delhi with ramneek enterprises shastri nagar new delhi-110052.
