I purchased one getser from local shop more than 2 years back. The system was running fine, but about one month back suddenly the thermostat stopped working. I contacted authorised service centre of durgapur, west bengal, m/s reliable service. They came about one week later and changed the thermostat with a bajaj made one. After they gone, we saw that the power light did not glow and the heating light constantly blinking even without power (Switched off) condition. I again contacted the service centre and they told me to set right my house power condition. I contacted one good electrician. After he tested my power distribution, he showed me that neutral and earth both are in short circuit. And for this reason, my rccb is constantly being tripped. I again contacted them, and continuously ringing for 20 days. But nobody is coming up. They have taken rs. 650 for parts and rs. 250 service charge. Now i want that they should remove their parts and return my service charge as i do not want to see their face again. They are unreliable people under "unreliable service". Their contact no. Our fan was stopped while running on 24 aug 2017 within warranty period [i.e date of purchase 23 03 2016].We already complained vide no.[protected] dated 31st aug 2017.

I purchased crompton pump Model Name: MINI MASTERPLUS I product serial numbers QAAFC012780. After 3 months it gets automatically switch off in 10 minutes. It is in warranty .
Please either repair it or replace it.
