[Resolved] Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — Ceiling fan (Seawind) | |||||
I have purchased the fan on 3rd Sep-2016 and found defective. I called the customer care they visited and told they will see the matter latter and go back without signature of me/family member. I again complaint on 7 Sep-2016 (Complaint number [protected]) but no visit was arranged by Crompton Greaves. On 12 Sep-2016 and 15 Sep-2016 I again contacted to customer care bu till date (18 Sep-2016) I don't get nay response. This conpany has worst products, they are deliberately sell defective products in new packing. So why they are not entertaining the complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Order ID: [protected] placed through Snap Deal on Tue, 20 Oct, 2015, I got two bulbs which have stop working suddenly, and within 1 year manufacturer's warranty, how can I get replacement for these damaged 12 watt crompton greaves bulbs.
