Crompton Greaves / Cgglobal.com — horizontal geyser 15 litre - thermostat not working | |||
Hi, We are unable to get quality thermostat for the horizontal mount cromption greaves 15 litre geyser in the market. Please come and inspect the geysers and replace the part with genuine crompton greaves part. This is happening from last 6 months. It is not easy to get your support center connected for raising issue either. Tried to search your support numbers on google, whatever numbers got, connected but all automatic systems does not allow to register complaint. This is frustrating. I had to call outside third party to check the problem but they do not have genuine spare parts - like thermostats. Whatever they put from market is not cutting of the geyser but it is heating water beyond danger. Was this information helpful? | |||
