Cross Beats — not entertaining warranty failures

I had purchased cross beats bluetooth earphones from amazon in feb18.
It had failed within warranty period itself. When i approached amazon, they advised me to approach directly the oem (Cross beats). Where as cross beats had not accepted my warranty claim mentioning that i had not registered in their website during purchase, which was no where mentioned.

Pl help me get the product replacement being warranty failures...
