I had purchased cross beats watch Rs 5000.

Watch is not working properly hence I raised a complaint in the second day itself. Through mail it's been 6 days I got a ticket number but after that no responses from there team....

I have purchased cross beats headphones from amazon where one side of the earphones are not working. As company said, i have sent the product back for warranty claim but due to the sponge mesh non availability on the earphones, my claim was rejected. So don't loose your ear mesh, if so, companies have reasons. Also they gave as sweat proof water proof but no proof of warranty coverage.

Don't get fooled. Now i am throwing away...

I had purchased cross beats bluetooth earphones from amazon in feb18.
It had failed within warranty period itself. When i approached amazon, they advised me to approach directly the oem (Cross beats). Where as cross beats had not accepted my warranty claim mentioning that i had not registered in their website during purchase, which was no where mentioned.

Pl help me get the product replacement being warranty failures......
