Sir,
We paid Rs 10000/ by cheque for 3 services of my car DL4CNE7302, while taking payments they assure me that they will provide Fully synthetic Engine Oil along with Toyota Genuine Filters for service. They also said you will get two gifts for booking, but on 07/06/2017 at the time of service mechanic brings Gulf CNG oil which cost Rs. 500/- in the market and local Filters. The synthetic Engine oil cost 2800/- in the market. When I objected to them they said lodge a complaint on E mail to Crossroads regarding the same. To my surprise after lodging several complaints they don't bother to reply. Again on 29/06/2017 at the time of service same story repeated . Sir this is Fraud Company we have to knock the door of Court to get our money Back.
