I am a regular customer of crossroads and I feel cheated and harassed by your employees I have made a payment of 5000 in total to the company in two parts
Many employees called me stating take the renewal as my plan is expired I am sending you the service activation mail screenshot kindly look into the matter or I need to take further action.

      I am member since 2014 getting renewals regularly. Last renewal was done till July 2024. But I got call in May 23 that my membership is expired, I told that it is up to July 24, he said as the agent thru whom I got my membership is no more with them so I have to get my membership renewed. I got membership renewed by paying additional Rs.1000 (Receipt No.5555 dt 2/5/23 showing validity till July 2027. And a Membership card bearing No.[protected] valid till 2027. Now again they called and said that my membership is expired on 13/8/2023 and I have to get it renewed. Now this card number belongs to someone else. How come this happening is this company a FRAUD doing fraud with customers in alliance with bogus companies.

          Fraudulent calls from fake numbers saying that crossroads has closed down and now in new hands and all lifetime membership money has to be given again
          In spite of having all emailacknowlefements and receipts they cliaj that they are of the old fraud crossroads which has closed down
          even some persons in customer care are involved..they say computer is down and then get some fraud person to call from fake nos

            Several representatives call from CrossRoads company saying that my membership is expired and I need to renew that. Even after telling them so many times that my membership is there until 2027, they are not understanding. Even one of their employees said this in threatening tone "if you don't do as we say, better not call us for any support". This is seriously insane.
            I renewed my membership for 4 years in November 2021 (i was given 2 year bonus extension as well). I got a invoice for Rs. 3067 as well for the same from company. Now starting Nov 2022, they are calling me from backend teams and saying that the membership I purchased last time has ended as it was for 1 year only.
            This is a complete fraud going on in which their sales team and customer care team is involved.

            Nothing new, they renewed my service for 2 years and within a yr. called me and said its expired stating that they renewed it from back date and I need to renew it again .

              I am a senior citizen with age 67 years. We had taken membership of cross roads for our three cars together. We received receipt from them with validity upto 2025 for all 3 cars. Now they are providing service of 2 cars by 2025, but have refused to provide service of one car. According to them services of our car DL8CAW9970 has expired on 2023. They say that their RSA had done some fraud in similar way with many customers and now they have removed him, but cannot provide us services as committed to us by him. But as a consumer why should i suffer for the same. When their representative had provided us proper receipts of crossroads with validity period clearly mentioned on the same and taken payment accordingly from us, we expect to get complete service from them or refund our money.                 Fraud company!! I wanted assistance in Hyderabad for petrol and during first phone call they said no they don't provide this assistance. When I shouted at them saying that I have membership and it is clearly mentioned that this service is there then the executive said yes they will assist.
                After that they said it will take 40 minutes for the same whereas the petrol pump was nearby to where the car was stuck, upon asking them as to why in a metro city it is taking so much time, they hung up the phone on my face.
                Big bunch fraudsters!! This happened at 12'42 am midnight. When you cannot provide service or commit to.it bloody don't call multiple.times to renew the membership. Paise lootne ka dhandha bana rakha hai!

                Clearly mentioned that they provide petrol service and the executives have just made a joke out of it!!

                  I paid Rs 4000( Receipt nr 4493 for Swift Dezire Car (2013) on 31st january 2022 on the promise that my car would be serviced by Wednesday 2nd February.
                  This was done with repeated pleadings by Ms Kavya Lady Sales Executive for notching
                  her monthly targets and interventions by Supervisor Mr Deep Rana that they
                  would ensure the best service with Syntjetic Oil by best Mechanics.

                  There was no call from Crossroads for next 4 days.I kept calling Ms Kavya but she didnt take my call.Four days later, i was told that Car can be serviced latest by 10th february. Unhappy with the way I was treated by Crossroads, I decided to seek a refund. Mr Deep Ranas attitude changed volte face and he started acting arrogant.He said he'd take minimum 45 days to process the refund..

                  I sent number of emails to customer care and one Mr Sayed...but Iam yet to get a refund, .It appears I have to seek the help of Police Department.Police Station wants the telephone number of Mr Harish Lakhera CEO Crossroads so that they could speak to Mr Lakhera for expediting refund.

                    Fraud company- Don't buy their package or renewal

                    Crossroad is a Fraud company. They are actually running a scam . They call you in the pretext of giving package .
                    Don't buy their package or even pick up the renewal call.
                    Hundreds of people are already become their victim. There are hundreds of complaint on internet/reviews against them but since no one has taken any legal action yet, their scam is continue....

                    Membership renew charges charged for 4 years but given only for 1 year

                    Every year I get a call from CrossRoad company saying that my membership is expired and I need to renew that same. So, I renewed my membership for 4 years on 9 March 2021. I got a invoice (for Rs. 2700) as well for the same from company. Now today (21 May 2022), they again called me saying that the membership I purchased last time has ended as it was for 1 year only.                       I paid Rs 2500 to CrossRoads India as per below details:

                      Now they are calling me every other day for subscription renewal, their site shows no records of above transaction or any other records.

                      I have asked for refund of above amount as I don't trust them for any further business due to false promises and bad customer relations.

                      I haven't received any communication back which is another proof and sign of bad company practises and customer ignorance.

                      Crossroads India is a fraud company. They are just robbing hard-earned money of middle class with no ethical practises.

                      I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help me get my refund of Rs 2500

                        I paid a total of 14, 000/- (7000x2) during Dec 2020 towards 2 services validity 2 years with a FREE KIT and online GIFT voucher worth 5000 for 2 of my vehicles. I awaited one service each car during Dec 2020 and they delivered ONE kit saying the other will be sent later. Till date not received. No free online gift voucher received. Worst when I approached them for the second service during Dec 2021/ Jan 2022 I was told the validity of my subscription was only 12 months and not 24 months. I have in writing the offer details on my whatsapp by one of their office staff but company refusing to accept the same saying the offer must be on email to be valid. Whatsapp communication are not being accepted by the company. I asked for refund and obviously such companies whose purpose is to cheat their customers by all means will not budge easily. Now I am taking the case to Consumer Court next 7-10 days. Satish [protected]

                          payment for service was made via receipt no. 7010 dated 28.10.2016 via cheque no. -498484 amounting 2600/- for vehicle No. UP16AF-7693
                          on 01.03.2022 my vehicle didnt started i called helpline no. they refused to give service stating that this service is valid up to 3 or 4years you have to again take membership at the time of taking scheme i was not communicated that service is for limited period attachment mail from cross roads clearly depicts service is for life time of vehicle
                          this is how they cheated by taking money in advance and misguiding people by LIFE TIME SERVICES NAME

                            I receive at least 2-3 calls per week from this road side assistance company called Crossroads. I had purchased their annual plan once and I started receiving calls 6 months after my purchase for renewal. On repeated requests that I will renew later, they still kept calling. I then clearly told them that I do not need the service and bought another service. They have been calling without fail since then and I have told them multiple time now that I do not need the service.

                            I would want to request strict action against them.

                            They really don't understand DND ( Do not disturb) and don't keep single source of truth as one or another calls with same punch lines and keep calling back if you hung up too :(

                              I purchased their subscription for a year, after the expiration of the service they keep calling me. They call me at least 3-4 times a day even though I have asked them to stop multiple times.

                                I am really frustrated and upset with the call received from crossroads..I have communicated to all executive from last 2 months that I have took 2 years membership from crossroads but no one really wish to check and ask for the receipt but telling me that as per record membership expires.

                                I have received almost one call a day every day and the executive is really in hurry and very rude and they called just the sake of call .Today is hight that she told me so do one thing put your number on DND (number which I received the call +[protected] so that u will not received the call .
                                She have not asked me for any receipt to check if customer is insisting that I have membership of 2 years.

                                  I called CUSTOMER service for help finding a pharmacy. The first reb was very UNPROFESSIONAL. She wasn't equipped to answer or help with anything. I was prescribed meds earlier today. But the pharmacy don't fill the meds. So now I can't get some help finding one. I was advised to walk to different pharmacy to get help. Which now I've been too 3 pharmacy. And I can't reach or contact the people I seen or talked to cause everything go to a call center that CAN'T help with ### . I spoke with a supervisor consuello who was VERY RUDE. And short tempered. I will be looking to leaving crossroads. I can tell that they only use to dealing and treating everybody like drug addicts.

                                    I had a crossroads membership a couple of years back. Once my membership expired, I did not want to continue, however, the company kept on calling me everyday, at times thrice or 4 times a day to renew. I asked them to delete me number and not call me but they keep on bugging me till date. I spoke to their managers and asked them to not call me but this company is so shameless that they continue calling till date. Never ever should anyone take any membership from them. Else they will keep on bugging you perpetually. Worst customer service. They are so shameless, you do anything to them, they wont stop calling you ever.
