Crown Castle — Company cheated me

Company has given an Add in Mysore local kannada news paper in january 2016 last week bout 3G Tower installation. When I contact them they sent me an sms of co's Name & Account details: Name:
Crown Castle Bankof baroda A/c no:[protected], Branch: DWARKA MORE, IFSC Code: BARB0DWADEL Amount:2150/-, File No:841 Nisha jain (Phone No : [protected]) i sent them Rs.2150/- on 19-feb-2016.
Then i sent money for as they said to prepare document in our name so we sent the amount to the given detail below:-
In the name of CROWN CASTLE Andhra Bank A/c no: [protected] Branch: Uttam Nagar IFSC Code: ANDB0002545 Amount: 28500/- File No: 841 soniya kapoor(mobile No:[protected] I sent them Rs.28500/- on 26-feb-2016 and I email the copy with our Photo, ID & Address proofs and registred sit paper copy ( scanned). They have given receipt copy via email with their agreement copy & Rs.28500/- have to deposit for NOC. They have given phone no. of
soniya kapoor(mobile No:[protected]After payment of Rs.28, 500/- Tower installation work will start within 15days. Then they have given phone no. of legal department(ADVOCATE) :RAM KUMAR:[protected] .They(ram kumar) told your agreement copy is ready and i advocate(ram kumar) and engineer will be visiting your site very soon to install the 3G tower with the NOC certificate and you have to pay advocate fee 30, 000/-rs (this fee for accommodation, food, traveling charge etc..)
we asked how to believe (whats the guarantee) that after paying you will come? so he said if you don’t believe me don’t send to my private account(s/b), sent the amount to the current account to the company name because you have already paid 28, 500/- before, so you believe in company that is not a fraud company so send to the company only I(ram kumar) will collect from them . we called soniya kapoor(crown castle team ) she said ok you send to the company account, company is the responsible for all your amount that you have paid till now.

Now from that day we paid the amount nobody didn't received my phone. My attached copy is here with it. Please do something against this nuisance. I have stored their all documents, sms and voice record . Company's info Crown Castle [protected]@gmail.com (soniya kapoor).
Totally we lost from this fake people - 2150 + 28500 + 30000 = 60650
