Crystal Wave Technologies — forcing me to pay registration fees 4560

I got a call about a data entry work under crystal wave technologies on 26th December of 2019.
I started my work on 26 December 2019 but due to some technical issues I couldn't complete my work on given time. After that the called me and forcing me to pay the registration fees of ₹4560 but as I am a student so I could not pay the money so then they texted me as follows:

After 2 days this person mentioned above texted me and showed me a picture of legal paper and told me to pay the fine of ₹55, 960 within 3 hours.
I was very nervous at the time.. He called me and threatened me as police will arrest me within 7 days.
