Csbc — Amt debited but not registered

I was filling form for bihar police constable and i paid through rupay debit card of paytm payments bank .Amt got debited but i didnt got registered and i couldnt fill the form.
In paytm passbook its showing that money has been successfully paid to csbc .
I tried twice and both time it failed 450 rs each i.E total of 900 rs debited
plz help
