CSC — digipay wrong deduction amount

Dear sir/madom,

Mere dwara digipay se diposit or withdrawl transaction kiye jate he
1.17.10.2017 ko digipay ke dwara 10000 ka deposit transaction kiya gaya but wo decline ho gaya wallet me se payment deduct ho gaya kintu customer k account me till date 24.10.2017 tak bhi wallet me credit nahi hua.

2.22.10.2017 ko digipay ke dwara 1000 ka deposit txn kiya gaya 1000 ka payment to account me credit ho gaya kintu wallet se 11000 ka payment deduct ho gaya.

Dono txn ki jankari dm chhindwara ko diya gaya kintu mujhe abhi tak koi reply nahi mila
Mere dwara lagatar csc se sevaye pradan lagatar kiya ja raha but is tarah ki payment ki samasyaye aayegi to me sevaye kese de paunga.
Kripya aap meri help kare or jald se jald is samasya ka samadhan kare.
