My name is Jyoti, I went to CSC center near Shanthi clinic to update mobile number in aadhaar and showed mobile number update. I got a message on my mobile saying 50 rupees including GST but the people there are charging 100 rupees.

### VLE Bazar has cheated me, ordered a new mantra devuce but these ###S sent me old non working device whose warranty is also not these. These ###S and ### have opened a new FORUM where they cheats innocent people. These ### on complaining this issue disconnects the phone, vle bazar has hired many ### who sells thier soul of humanity for feed thier [censored]s.

I have paid the online payment for some post recuitment but not shown the receipt and amount deducted from the bank account

I have applied my society pan card from a CSC Center situated at near himalaya high school silani gate jhajjar. He take rupees 1000/- from me for a pan card on approved CSC center. where is the nominal charges rules beyond by him and take extra charges from everyone. please take a strict action regarding this.

Sir mane 8 month pahele csc id aply kiya tha . aru mera apro hua bhi tha lekin mera dm jo usko reject kar diya, phir se mane aply kiya tha, but abhi mujhe aprove nahi huwa, aur mere call ka koibi respon nahi kara raha hai, me bahut hi muskil me hoon plz help kijiye, me already bahut invest kiya hoon .

I have book a Train ticket for Tran. ID [protected] on date 02/07/2021 amount Rs 705.02/- is debit in my CSC wallet but ticket is not book . so please refund for this transaction amount. I have already create ticket in id[protected] date[protected] but no information on this time. pls solved the problem.

Csc taking charges 100 rupees for every esram card, one csc id use moro than 50 person and they have working from 9.30p.m to 5a.m.

I am registered new csc application from 08/07/2021 but not conferm my csc id .my APPLICATION REFERENCE NUMBER : [protected] sir plz chek my application details and confarm my csc id

There is one CSC ID[protected], which is using more than 50 people to make e shram card. And they are taking 100 rupees for each card. Government is paying to the CSC VLEs for making e shram card but still CSC centers are taking charges. I know they can take the printing cost but it can't be more than 30 rupees. Please sir look into the matter.

Not only eShram card. Every service is charged 10-15 times more than normal or regular charge.

Sir csc center has taken Rs 100 for e shram card.

Your CSC are taking huge charges for making eshram card, which is absolutely free of cost by government. I already complaing your district manager but still they are not responding.So request you to please look into this

I have applied in CSC FOR TCE certificate after filling the form they asked for a payment of 1479.72 which i paid after that the desktop screen showed illegal access done and they are again asking for the payment saying that no payment is done by us .As said we will be provided with the TCE ID and password so that i can apply for csc but nothing happened as such whereas they deducted my money.please help me out.

I have applied for Aadhaar UCL Aug 2020. I have worked bank BC MY CSC ID :[protected] MY AADHAR CERTIFCATE NO :- NS233528 But I have got any response from CSC Team .i had also worked on Aadhaar UCL in 2017 to 2018 .Based on this we should give priority. i joined CSC Since 2015 I associate with CSC From the year 2015 .

Despite this I have got any response regarding Aadhaar Ucl
Kindly pay attention to us, 10 to 15 people come to my center every day, people come from far away villages to get the Aadhar corrected because I used to do the work of Aadhar correction in the past, but at present I do not have this facility because of their no help. Can't find there is no AADHAAR center near my center till 5 KM
Therefore, you are requested to kindly give Aadhar center in view of public problems.

My mother came their 3-4 time regarding clear their bank related work bank manager told my mother go their he will help u. CSC center officer tolerate my mother after setting 1 hours he told her come tomorrow my mother came there 3-4 tine finally he told my mother not come here this csc center not for u. He don't know how to talk aged person he have also mother. Pls close this csc center he don't know how to talk with customers he's is not polite as well as he have rude behaviour

I have opened a VLE centre under CSC in Khanpur, Nagrota since 4 months. The services have not been activated yet despite of many number of calls and messages.

The DM does not respond to the calls, messages and is neither aware of her own work. She fails in explaining about the problems a working of the services.

I have studied engineering in Electronics and Communication and am aware of how technical work can be done. Pls help.

Visited near by Csc center for updation of contact details and update of so requested to fill a form costing rs 2 form but collected rs 10. And submitted form by 12.45pm. and waited for more than an hour finally inform that due to lunch break service center is closed and inform to visit branch by 3.30pm same day. So visited the same staff for updation. They told that I have not submitted application form so told me to check with enquiry personal. Due to staff swapping they told me not aware of the same. After inform that entire story they started to search the form submitted morning. There are many more people are there to give better service the centre. So why can't you take care of people who are illiterate visited the centre. People who are illiterate treated like their slave. Worst service rendered in the csc service center
