CSC — I am complaining about not getting the services activated and irresponsible behavior of the DM


I have opened a VLE centre under CSC in Khanpur, Nagrota since 4 months. The services have not been activated yet despite of many number of calls and messages.

The DM does not respond to the calls, messages and is neither aware of her own work. She fails in explaining about the problems a working of the services.

I have studied engineering in Electronics and Communication and am aware of how technical work can be done. Pls help.
