CSC — recharge show successfully at csc but not credited customer id[protected]

I am also complain at csc but they reply that already recharge done. Sir id[protected] recharge on csc for rs.150/- but not done at customer end. Then i am again recharge for rs.100/-, if not done then where the 150/- gone.
