Hello Sir, I worked in CSC organization from 18th Jan 2010 till 31st Oct2014 with PF Number [protected] and later i joined other organization. Now i am trying to follow up from the CSC organization for my PF withdrawal from the last 1 and half year and every time they ask me a new document to be submitted to PF Office and i submitted again and again. Every time i get a reply from the office is that the PF withdrawal is rejected. Now i dont know how to proceed further. At present i live in Hyderabad and my earlier Office in Chennai. I attached the document that the PF office sent me again when i submitted the required documents now when i check the Claim status it says that the Claim had been rejected. Please find the attachments below and please help me to get my hard earned PF amount as we are having some family financial problems.

Hamare sath yahi ke prakash parmar mo.-[protected] naam ke vyakti ne jo yahi vadgam me krishna computer center chalaraha he usne hame csc ko government project bolakar hamare paas se 1, 80, 000rs. liye he. aur ye sare paise sarkar me dene hote hai esa bolakar usne paise liye.bad me hame jab csc ke bare me sab pata chala to uske paas se hamare paise vapas mangne gaye to vo bahas karne laga aur paise dene se inkar karne laga.

Dear sir/ Madam,
i have a csc in 7 months but i choud not use in his services because always payment gateway failed i have credited so many ticket but there is no response and solution. than i am calling his tool free no. [protected] but call executive are not solve the problems they give time only than i call back in his time he will disconnected my call first of my speaking
very bad services i suggested you please dont waste the time in csc holders and public they have no time in you csc have solve the solution in 7 months ago

my name is sriram as acommon citizen i bring to ur notice people are colecting excess amount from people, as a educated man i am unable to understand why the people are collecting money, when i went to a meseva centre in gachibowli indira nagar, they are collecting 200 for adhar and 100 for pastic adhar card, eseva name SDP-DKTT is their id some lady runs the shop, i abosered so many times regarding adhar so many poor people are suffering, so i request you take necessary acation on this centre

With the above information, on day of my travel Operator of HKB travels has automatically cancelled the ticket and informed me that there is some break down has happened, due to this the Bus to Hyderabad to Annavaram has cancelled and automatically the refund process will be done within seven working days.
The above is fine. Due to my upward travel has cancelled, I have cancelled my return journey from Annavaram to Hyderabad. But the Redbus service providers has charged the cancellation charges and reverted me half amount of my ticket amount as per their cancellation policy.
As there is no mistake from my customer end, due to the cancellation o[censored]pward journey, I have cancelled my return journey.
Kindly do the justice on my concern and requested the travel operator to revert back the full amount.
Please let me know if anymore information required.

CSC — cleaning of sewers , cover drain and roads
hastsal village community centre to ambedkar chopalthere is no covers on the sewers , drains are blocked with waste as well as need to clean the roads so it is an urgent need for cleaning them

False commitments by agents at patel motors, indore and

I am not getting any response about my purchase request for Swift Dzire.. I had paid 50000 on 12th of July to patel motors. I wrote the below email and still don't see any action. --
Mr Parvash Dagi and Mr Rajesh Joshi,
I have too many concerns with my booking of Swift Dzire and I see no one is looking into these issues. If my issues are not resolved immediately, I may have to go for legal proceedings.
#1. I had booked my Car on 12th July in the Name of Computer Sciences Corporation on behalf of myself. I had given an advance Cheque of 50,000 /- on the same date and it got encashed the very next day but my Car price got revised when I enquired with Mr Ambar for its delivery on 10th of Oct.
My question is if you had encased my Cheque of 50,000 then why Car price was not fixed and why I was not immediately informed when price of the car was changed?
#2. I was promised the delivery of car in 45 days but on 50th day when again I called the agent, I came to know that my car will come in Sept. Please let me know why was a false promise was made to me ? This is certainly an unexpected behaviour. Please confirm the date of my Car delivery immediately and be ready to pay the interest as I have to pay interest to my company for my loan amount which is in effect starting this month.
#.3 I was promised to show the colour of Car next day when I booked the car but it has been 50 days and I was not shown the colour of car yet. I had booked Blue colour car under the assumption that Agent will show me colour of car and in case I don't like it I will change the request. However, till now no action has been taken.
I am very disappointed with such a treatment to the customers at Patel Motors and that too a customer who is coming thru a corporate tie up. Please be understand that I had to cancel my earlier quotation and reprocess it. It requires lot of approvals at all the levels in my company. It was a big pain.
Please let me know what are your actions to reduce my pains and deliver the car hassle free.

CSC INDIA Pvt Ltd, company 3rd party and HR department is very bad.
Once we selected in techinical interview, they are releasing offer letters, after that they are asking us to submit all education and previous employer documents. As per the 3rd partiy verifcaiton guidelince they need to verify with in 10days and has to update to HR.
HR people and 3rd party verification team is not updated to the job seekers / reday to join people before releaving their current company, after releaving they are updating verification is not completed, or not approved. So they are not taking employes.
Many people are facing these problems, people are releving current company and CSC is not taking those people.
Verification and HR team is not up to the mark. CSC team is not thinking about our carriers. they least bother about our carriers.
Before releasing offer letter, plese do the complete verification and then release offer letter or else once you release the offer letter then with in 10days complete the verification and then update to the employ immediatly. So that he can continue with this current company.

I am an ex employee of CSC Hyderabad. Few years back i have been terminated from the company due to degree certificate issue. Actually i was not aware of those degree certificate were duplicate, then i filed a case against the Study Center for the issue of duplicate certificate and i submitted FIR copy in the company(CSC) at that time. Now the case has been closed and they paid me for the loss of study, but it doesn't mean anything for me as i got even more big loss as i lost my job. It's an unnecessary punishment given to me by CSC for the work which i have not done anything such and to be very honest i was the innocent and a victim, it's also been proved by the Court.Since then i'm jobless and my life is completely ruined. But CSC don't bother about my career... is there any legal way of getting my job back bcoz intentionally i have not provided the false information as i have been cheated by the study center.
Hi sriramachandrarao, i have same problem. please tell me what happend in your case. Did you find any solution.

PF not transferred yet
I had applied for transfer of my PF from my previous company (Sapient) to new Company (CSC).
Sapient sent the PF amount directly to RPFC, Tambaram. But when I contacted RPFC Tambaram, they are saying that the PF is not credited. When I contacted Sapiet again they gave the following details:
Sent through Blue Dart courier and the Way bill no. is [protected].
Additional information : cheque was drawn in favour of RPFC, Tambaram, Chennai bearing no. 911192 for Rs. 46816/-, cleared from our HDFC account on 7th Feb, 2009.
I am not sure to which account the amount has been credited.
Please let me know.

Driver's verbal abuse & took extra money
My wife just commuted by Bus Driver's verbal abuse of AP11Z 2993 (1P/25) from Gandhi Hospital to Alwal Police Quaters. The conductor of the bus was standing at men's poriton of the bus and didnt come to ladies section to collect ticket. By the time he came the bus had reached Trinulgheery. So my wife tols him to give ticket for Alwal Police Quaters. He asked where did she board the bus from. She informed Gandhi Hospital. So he took 10Rs from her and refused to give the rest change. The ticket from Gandhi Hospital to Alwal is 7 Rs but here conductor took additonal 3Rs for taking ticket late. When she argued with him he started saying some rubbish in Telegu. As my wife does not understand Telegu he was speaking more in the same language and refused to return the money. We never knew that in RTC bus we have late fee also. This is just a way of making money. We dont know that conductor's name but he should be punished as this is not right. Do you expect a lady to get up from her seat and walk to men's section where driver is standing and chatting with passenger to take ticket. The conductor was very rude and harsh. When asked to return money he asked her to go to the depot and comaplin as if the bus is his ancestor's property.
I am quite sure that there would be no action taken for this complaint of mine. I have never seen such corrupt state where people loot others in open and nobody takes any action.

ICICI Credit Card not delivered
Hi,
I have not received my ICICi credit card yet.Earlier also it was not received by me, i am trying your number also.As i am going on holiday from saturday so i want my delivery till friday.
My bill number is[protected] and please give me your contact number.
ICICI customer care mails comes to me and they said that i received a card on monday.
Kindly give me the updates.

Regarding gas connection
Sir,
I am having a gass connection. I transfered it from my native in ANDHRA. For the last one year i am using the Gass card and getting gass. Suddenly they are asking for Ration card. they are telling without ration card they won't provide gass connection. To get a ration card means it involved lot of procedure. (like cancelling old ration card, surrender certificate).
i feel its illogical. They must atleast accept some sort of id proof which my company provides. Now i must buy it some where in the Black Marcket though i am having a ration card.
Please do some thing in this regard

POSTPAID BILL
Hi,
I was using Airtel Mobile Corporate Mobile connection [protected] for which I used to pay the Bills regularly.In the month March I noticed that the Bill was having one STD no for which there were Max Calls.I called customer care and told them the same and asked them to check at their end and then again for the month of March the same thing happened One number had almost filled the Bills.When I asked Customer care that I want this to be varified as I m not satisfied with the Bill.They didn't give any satisfactory answer and when I asked Escalation number they disconnected the Phone and then onward I am getting HARRESMENT CALLS fromAirtel till date to pay the bill as I had already told them that I have no issues with paying the Bill but when I have not made the call on that PARTICULAR number they should SEND THE REVISED BILLS

CSC — Internet Password Delivered to Unknown Person
Hello All Concerned,I have reset my Internet Access Password through Online Bank in ICICI Web Page and the password was meant to be deleivered to my residential address. I was shocked to know that the courier through Elbee Express has been deleivered to a Person so called as my Brother in Law as per the elbee tracker.
No one is responding with the mail to customer service and never picks the phone
CSC — Non Transfer of PF amount
My PF acount number is TN/52878/0003703 . I submitted application to PF office chennai in july 2007 and not received any responce till date . You can call in this no[protected] and get it transfered to PF transferes section and give your PF no and get the status.. of the transfer or withdrawal

CSC — Reg. Office people at EB Ramapuram irresponsible and unhelpful
I have filed 2 complaints online to rectify my meter as it has stopped running. Nobody has turned up so far (3-4 months now) after even visiting the EB office and giving a copy of the EB bill and a letter. Their service is highly irresponsible and do not know who will look into this matter. Hi,

Didn't get proper response from anyone
I was using hutch - prepare connection. I wanted to convert it to corporate plan. I asked the vodaphone executive by what time my connection will activate under new connection. He asked me 4 working days. But it was not activated in 4 working days. When I complained about it, no one was there to listen. I called customer care, they didn't lodge the complain and after that I won't even able to call the coustomer care number. I complained executive in this regard, he didn't listen. I won't take vodaphone connection ever in life.
