CSC — tata sky recharge failed (order no[protected])

Mai ne ek customer ko rs.50 recharge ki aur vah rechar successful bata raha hai len jab mai ne #download invoice# pe click kiya to yah "☆☆the transaction was declined by the biller and the amount will be reverted shortly!☆☆
But sir, mujhe mera paisa return (Vapas) nahi hai.
Please help me
