CSC — Ticket Not book but amount is debit in my CSC Wallet account not refund till Date

I have book a Train ticket for Tran. ID [protected] on date 02/07/2021 amount Rs 705.02/- is debit in my CSC wallet but ticket is not book . so please refund for this transaction amount. I have already create ticket in id[protected] date[protected] but no information on this time. pls solved the problem.
