CSD Canteen — Misbehave and wrong information shared by csd employee.

In last week I have tried to get Noc from csd canteen rewari.Because my initial csd card was made here by the concerned authorities.
Due to migration in karnataka I need noc from csd rewari to avail the csd facilities here in karnataka.
But Mr Dinesh Hony capt working as a accountant refuse to give noc.He stated that as per 2018 policy letter there is no requirement of noc .
I ask him to give the copy of policy letter .Neither he is ready to give noc nor he is sharing the policy letter.
Last evening I request him about noc again as it is required by the csd manager here in Hassan, but behave rudely and not ready to listen .
This situation had compel me to report the matter to higher authorities.
Unnecessary he is creating harassment for the people s.
You are requested to take appropriate action against him and also request to give the certain direction to resolve the issue as early as possible.
