Misbehave with elderly woman (my mother)

Here is situation that happened at Mahendergarh CSD canteen ( state Haryana).
My elder brother is in AirForce. He has got a dependent card for my mother. She often uses it for buying goods at CSD canteen. She is not able to use the card on her own because she is not much familiar with English and even such cards. She seeks help from my younger brother in that case. But recently there is this one manager who is not allowing her to take help therefore she is unable to do transactions and if she can't do that of course she can not buy goods. I do not understand why this manager has got issues with my mother if she permits my younger brother, her younger son to do the transaction. We are not stealing anything. What is this manager got in his head I do not get it? Is he corrupt ? or Is he too proud of his education that he is not supposed to help who did not get education in the past? He is behaving like an educated illiterate here.
Please take action against such people and they must be given behavioral training.

Since last 3 days i m visiting csd canteen, , but 2 times they just say no at gate only, 3 rd time after waiting for 3 hours they said canteen is closed, wait till 4 pm, , practically who can wait frim 10pm till 4pm for canteen stuff
Total waste of time
Neither they share any number whom to contact
No canteen number r available, , if available they don’t pick up call, , they keep Phone on side
Total harassment waiting so long in 40*c heat, n still didn’t got the stuff

In last week I have tried to get Noc from csd canteen rewari.Because my initial csd card was made here by the concerned authorities.
Due to migration in karnataka I need noc from csd rewari to avail the csd facilities here in karnataka.

This is to inform that we had a bitter experience in the csd military canteen (117)in Trichy. The gateman who was on duty on 15.06.2021 was very rude and unprofessional in his behavior. I and my aged mother went to purchase the things. The person shouted at us like a barbarian. This is highly intolerable. SO that's how u treat women in this country. We were harrased and humiliated by the staff without any fault of ours. Kindly take necessary action.

Rude staff

I am writing a complaint about the rude behavior about the staff at ESM JWALA MILL RD, NEAR IDPL TOWNSHIP, PHASE 4, UDYOG VIHAR.
Almost all the staff was behaving harshly and rudely to every civilian who was coming to ask something. Their was one old lady, she was asking one of the staff about how she can can do online booking, he didn't answer her and start talking rudely.
I request to take strict action on the same issue and I request you to give grooming classes to your staff.

He not allowed me inside the canteen
He not allowed me inside the canteen and man handled me and security said that it's not your canteen. And he also mentioned that DRDL employee can take stock in office only.he talked to Me very rudely and manhandled very badly with the security guard. And talked very unpalimentary language...the canteen is located at Hyderabad. Besides the DRDL. Rakshapuram.

Regarding rejection of draft for scooter
I have booked a scooter through the dealer listed in csd dealer list in trichy but my demand got rejected and it says the dealer is not listed. But the dealer "sri renga suzuki" is listed in csd list and also we have got availability certificate from dealer. Now what can be done? Please look in to our issue asap.

They are telling that they have not received list yet but Lucknow depot has confirmed they the have the rate list.

I approached vishnu honda in vishakapatnam on a phone call, they are telling bikes are not selling through csd because of carona pandemic. Are they telling right or just misleading us. Please clarify on this subject because i am very much in need of bike.

I am subedar Kashmir singh from shahpur Distt Kangra H.P Today I came to CSD shahpur by 7:30am there was 10 another ex servicemen was standing in row in front of me so according to the row my number was 10 but when the staff of canteen starting issue token they handover me 28 no. Token .When I ask them that my number is 10 so why you give me 28 token they replied that the token between 10-20 is booked so my issue is so just want to know how can they reserve token if someone is not here so sir you are requested to look into this matter

Dear sirs,
I am an Air veteran having served in the Air Force for more than 18 years.
We have our Ex-servicemen card issued at Kannur which is about 40 kms from my home. Since there are thousands of card holders from with in 15/20 kms they have opened an extension counter with very limited items and managed by few Army staff and cash counters by 2 ladies staffs.
Due to Corona containment the area was blocked for 15 days and after lifting the restrictions the extension counter was kept closed for long days, the reasons are not known.
Now the canteen is opened since 27 to 30 (incl) 04 days and they started booking on telephone. Although they have 2 telephones one is kept in abeyance and only one made available for booking. We don't know per day how many bookings they entertain.
Below are the number of attempts I made through two telephones since 26 Aug 30, 2020.
On 26th - 27 + 13 attempts
On 27th - 63 +54 attempts
On 28th - 41 +19 attempts
On 29th - 6 +8 attempts (due to unwell)
On 30th - 18 +26 attempts
Presently they issue liquor to only 70 card holders per day. If suppose 2500 holders are available how many days they will take to supply only liquor. It shows their in efficiency in managing the system. They entertain only 2 persons inside when they finish they open the shutters and entertain next 2 persons. Such arrangements they made lots of time wastage and all eligible persons can't have their share. Either the present system should be changed or leadership or will have to make other arrangements to distribute the product to the eligible members with limited time taken and more appropriate way so that everyone can have their share without much hurdles and difficulties.
Since February 2020 I am not in receipt of any liquor although I had visited number of times. Even other products hardly they receive very little quantity and they distribute to on first come first serve basis. Few people get intimations through their near and dear. I am above 71 with permanent Cat C and had a fracture on my left leg on 19th May hence I can't visit regularly.
Once they get the product they should limit the quantity as per the total number of persons ( card holders) attending the canteen. This can be seen from their average total billing for the last few months.
Why the liquor quantity is not available should be found out. Suppose x, y, z are not arrived in first 2/3 weeks their quota should be available with the canteen.
I hope you will initiate remedial to improve the present delivery system and to make available of basic needs to all card holders of this area. At Kannur they have lots many items in their inventory and stock. Out of the inventory items even 10% is not being sent to extension counter. Due to long distance and containment in various places we can't travel to Kannur to fetch the items.

Now due to some unforeseen reason, the documents prepared by me were rejected.
You are therefore requested to refund my deposited money in my account no. [protected], Ifsc code SBIN0003634 of state bank of India VPO dhailara, Teh dehra distt Kangra (H.P) 177103 at the earliest

Hello sir/ma'am
On 11 september, 2019 i and my brother visited our near by csd canteen named as golden palm extn. Which is located in kovilpatti. It was nearly 3:40 my brother was asked to give the canteen card which was of my parents. Those staffs insisted rather i would say they forced us to take the stuffs within 10mins and started shouting, they were literally ill treating us as if we don't have any self respect. As they person shouted like take the things fast and leave my brother lost his patience and he shouted back like why you people treating like this, i even asked them the timbering is till 5'oclock which is clearly gives outside he said no its till 4 now u leave. Then the manager came and joined the arguement he was like how you got inside with whose card we said parents he shouted no you cannot get inside with your parents and said get lost now, this rule was very new to us cause he himself was creating new rules i even said him i've visited her before but he was very rude and yelled at me there were 3 people yelling at us.
They treated us in absurd and insulting manner which we didn't ecpect from those ranked men's.
He even snatched my basket asked us to move out without any valid reason.
I hope you take a strict action against these people. No body deserved to be treated in this manner.

unprofessional behavior of the employee

I am a defence person retired from indian navy. I am authorize to use od csd, but when i went to csd canteen rohtak in dev colony, there the employee refuse to give me goods. The name of the employee is krishana. She told me that she will not attand me because i have already make a bill from my grocery card but i am also authirized to take goods on my liquor card also. She behave very rudely and in a very unprofessional way. She told me that if she refuse than she will not give any goods to me, go away and take bill from any other counter. The csd in my privileged given by the goverment of india after completing my 15 years of service in navy. But the employee refuse to give me any goods.

dislike liquors variety forcefully issued to customers

I am a defence costumer of csd thanjavur (Tn). There's a usual practice at the above canteen that high priced and brand liquor such as whisky, brandy are being forcebily issued to costumer against their will. When i asked to the manager about the practice, he told me that if you not willing to purchase you can complaint anywhere, since we are not bother it. I asked him for the complaint book, he refused. Please kindly look into the matter.

I have checked latest csd canteen car prices at number of locations and found csd canteen car rates are different in different states. Would you please clarify why csd car rates differ at different locations if there is equal gst in all india. I checked csd canteen car rates at below site. Please check and let me know.

defective usha shriram ro water purifier not attended by company service center.

I had purchased USHA SHRIRAM RO water purifier on 03.04.2018 and the unit was installed on 05.04.2018 by your authorised technician. This particular unit had stopped working on 11.08.2018 after installation. I had launched a complaint on 11.08.2018 and the complaint no. 74124, but no technician turned up; again I had to complaint on 21.08.2018 and the complaint no. 74159. After 3 days a technician came and he told only the membrane had to be changed and they told me that it is not under warranty .hence I had to purchase a new membrane & install it but I had got to face the same problem, Again I filed a complaint on 24.10.2018, The technician of “SURYA AGENCEY, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA” was assigned and he told me, I escalated your problems to my higher authority, and the problem will be solved immediately, but nobody turned up, So I called the technician 2 - 3 times. Even after calling 2 - 3 times no body turned up. I am sorry to say that even after complaining three times the water purifier did not get repaired till date. I believed that the company is famous when it comes to quality but turns out the water purifier itself didn’t work as per the guarantee and moreover the service provided by this company is so poor that even after calling 3-4 times no technician is being assigned and nobody is taking the responsibility to get this sorted. While purchasing the product I had believe that even if the product gets damaged then I can claim the warranty but the service is not up to the mark, I would suggest, request and highly recommendation you to kindly stop accepting these Usha Shriram RO water purifier products by these type of companies who can’t even provide good service rather no service is provided and if you’re accepting then please see to it that the needful is done to the customers ease.
Kindly get this escalated and arrange a technician to fix my problem and if somebody is being assigned kindly ask them to follow up with this issue and get this sorted because that is what their duty is.
I hope you understand my concern and I would request you to kindly look into it, please do the needful.

I had purchased USHA SHRIRAM RO water purifier on 03.04.2018 and the unit was installed on 05.04.2018 by your authorised technician. This particular unit had stopped working on 11.08.2018 after installation. I had launched a complaint on 11.08.2018 and the complaint no. 74124, but no technician turned up; again I had to complaint on 21.08.2018 and the complaint no. 74159. After 3 days a technician came and he told only the membrane had to be changed and they told me that it is not under warranty .hence I had to purchase a new membrane & install it but I had got to face the same problem, Again I filed a complaint on 24.10.2018, The technician of “SURYA AGENCEY, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA” was assigned and he told me, I escalated your problems to my higher authority, and the problem will be solved immediately, but nobody turned up, So I called the technician 2 - 3 times. Even after calling 2 - 3 times no body turned up. I am sorry to say that even after complaining three times the water purifier did not get repaired till date. I believed that the company is famous when it comes to quality but turns out the water purifier itself didn’t work as per the guarantee and moreover the service provided by this company is so poor that even after calling 3-4 times no technician is being assigned and nobody is taking the responsibility to get this sorted. non receipt of csd canteen card of my son

I jc-767046f subedar hony lt bisht jagdish chandra singh retired from the corps of eme on 28 february 2017.in the month of june 2017i have applied for csd canteen card for self and wife and separate for my son. I have received grocery and liquor card of self only and not for my son, i have applied canteen smart card through station workshop vafodara and payment was also done, the canteen manager is not giving fruitful answer.in view of the above may i request you to look into the matter and send me early reply at the earliest.

In madurai golden palm canteen there is no enough materials when ever we go for an purchase the canteen is totally empty. On receipt of any materials there is a very big queue in line nearly 200 to 300 people who are aged standing in line for a day in sunny is very painful and the next day itself the canteen gets empty again. Golden palm canteen is not sufficient to handle 12000 veterians its better to either extend the canteen.

Dear Sir, My mother is widow of Ex Hav Jit Ram Army No. 14506074K EME.
She applied for fresh canteen card on 4 Dec 2017 but till date have not received any information and not received card as well. We applied this card in Ex-Service Man canteen near Kapashera Border Gurgaon.
We are regular in touch with the Canteen Office staff but there is no satisfactory reply we are receiving. We are going every month to ask and their reply is that please check next month.
My mother is of 70+ years and she can't travel too much and feeling harassed by this exercise. Canteen is approx 50 KMs far from our residence. Requesting you for an early and immediate response.
