That my client had deposited INR 3000/ = through Standard Chartered Bank to credit to your Account at Nagpur on 5May, 2014, for in Absentia presentation of her paper and publication of paper in conference proceeding, to be held at Jakarta Indonesia which was to be delivered at my clients residential address at Nagpur as per telephonic conversation and Emails . 2. That you did not register Dr. Neelam Tikkha for the conference . 3. Since you have not registered Dr. Neelam Tikkha for the conference hence, the fee of INR 3000/= ( Three thousand ) paid to you is liable to be refunded to her which you have not done so far. 4. That this has led to wastage of her time and mental torture .
