Csr — threatening and cheating with fake agreement

Sir csr company made a fake agreement with wrong address to fill 10000 captcha i started the job but after reading complain against the company i raised the issue with them to change the agreement but they did not respond and now some advocate bhatt called me to pay 5000rs or they will file case. I have all call recordings, screen shot of mails and fake agreement copy which i m attaching. Some one told me that car is sister branch of global captcha services, i confirmed the same and they told that this company is fake. After cheating mow they are threatening me to file criminal case. Sir plz help me.
