Ctet — 1200/- Fees debited but form not filled

I have filled the form of CTET dec 2021 and done payment of Rs 1200 /- for both Paper 1 & 2 on 17.10.21 at 11:04 PM through scanning QR code from my Amazon pay Account.

Still pending payment is showing on ctet portal.
Amount debited from my account.

I want refund.

I had tried alot to contact them on given number but no one has responded.

Please help me.
