Ctet — CTET 2021 payment not cleared but amount deducted need refund

SIR I pay the CTET fees by UPI to your billdesk pannel amount of 1200 fees on 20 SEP .I paid the money but it didnt updated on browser and after 5 mint it say payment failed how can i get refund.
