Ctet — CTET both paper payment fail

Dear sir/ madam
I have applied for ctet and my application number is [protected] . i have paid the fee through upi Google pay on 21st september and 22nd September and money deducted from my account but showing incomplete fee status in my application.like this two times applied but money deducted still no refund . please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
