Initially, company employee called and convenience to start data entry work as they have no registration fee only there is a term if i am not able to do work on time (1400 forms within 10days) then have to pay 4800/-
Therefore i agree and start working, they provide me the login id and password for the same.
After completion of work (Processed/fill all forms 1400) within 10 days and submitted, i am not able to see the qc report because when i click on report section page stuck and error shows memory exhausted.
But for next 1-2 days i didn't hear from the company but suddenly i got a call from a lawyer (Don't know he is legal or not because he didn;t tell his identity) he told me to submit 4800/- to the company because i fill wrong forms as in long discussion with him i told that please the qc report because i am unable to see report from candidate panel he refuses to share, i also told that because of website server issue qc report gives error. He totally refuses to share report and force me to submit penalty (4800/-).
But according to the policy they share there is nothing mentioned that i have to fill all 1400 form correct, if i fill the wrong form then they will deduct amount accordingly (Range define) but not mentioned to fill all form correctly, now they harass me to pay a penalty.
Afterward when i check agreement again and legal and form data i found, it's totally fake:
1. Agreement date is past month i. E 29 jan 2018 (It already expire after 20days) with same serial no (Checked date with another candidate complains submitted on this forum)
2.in the agreement, they didn't mention that if i work done then how they will pay?
3. There is no company address only stated that it's in gujrat
4. Legal i received is also from fake guy because when i checked the contact no its the same number which i received a call for this work.
5. Most important when i review the data entry forms again, i saw those data is also not valid (Not a valid email id, not a valid phone number, address etc)
So i need your forum help for sort out this issue and ban this company. If you need more proof i will provide the same.
