I got a call from cubexis info solutions (+[protected] tried to convince me that 1400 forums need to fill in 10days or else needs to pay 4800/- penalty.
On 23 nov 2018 i got a call (+[protected] stating that "u filled the 1356 forums and 44 forum u filled, we give u the time till 24 nov 2018 12 noon before that u need to pay the 4800/- as penalty or else legal notice send to home address by advocate rahul varma...

1400 from diye the or vo 10 dates maine complete karne mere kuch from galt bhi ho gaye or mere se 1384 from he fill uska a reason tha ki unka server dither tha din maine or jab call karta tha server ke liye to khate the 10 min se ho jayega but nhi hota thaa jab vaps lagata tha to vo mujse khate the ke mail kar diya he aage abhi sachi ho jayega is karne maine from night ke 1 se 4 beje karta tha server shi is time atta tha
10 days ka...

I have got a call from this same company, i was asked to do work within 10 days but when i logged in it showed me 8 working days, i thought it won't work, now some lawyer is calling and asking me for penalty the company lawyer is saying that you will have to pay penalty otherwise some notice and warrant will be shared within 2 days at your home address. He said u wud have to come surat court - how can i get out of this? I have got a mail...

Initially, company employee called and convenience to start data entry work as they have no registration fee only there is a term if i am not able to do work on time (1400 forms within 10days) then have to pay 4800/-

Therefore i agree and start working, they provide me the login id and password for the same.

After completion of work (Processed/fill all forms 1400) within 10 days and submitted, i am not able to...

They are threatining people to take 4800/- to pay as penalty first they make you ageed upon their policies after that they provide you user id and password on the second day nothing gonna b happen no login id will work. And i did a mistake i agreed upon theor policies n started work and above mentioned thing happened now they are just making excuses they are fraud and fake please help me how to get out of it because they have my id proof...

Is company se mujhe call kiya gya or ek bar mana krne k baad bhi dobara call aaya ki ye part time job h. ap ise jab chahe kr skti hain. aor mujhse mera aadhar card or signature liya gya fir uske bad bola gya ki jitne forms ap fill krengi utna amount apko milega . aur aisa kuch bhi nahi hua . ab maine 10 days mein 1057 form fill kiye to wo 4800 amount maang rhe hain, aur dhamki de rhe h ki agr ni payment kiya to police ghar se utha legi, aur...

They misleaded me on call regarding work and payment and after fulfilling the work they made very less payment instead of what promised.. I was asked to fill 1400 forms in 10 days i did that... I was told that i will be paid only on correct form @25₹ each and not for incorrect forms... My dashboard showed 1036 correct form and they told me it was not right and 990 are correct and said i will be paid @2₹ per correct form... They never...
