I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order placed on 28/09/2025, which included Nestle Nan Pro 3 (4 qty).
The product received is near its expiry date and the powder milk emits a foul smell, clearly indicating poor quality and unsuitability for use. This is highly disappointing, especially for a baby product that demands strict quality control.
Moreover, I must mention that the journey I started with Cureka as a customer has been very bad and disappointing due to this experience. Receiving such a product has completely shaken my trust in your platform.
Thereafter I requested cureka to either replace the product with a fresh batch or refund the full amount spent on this purchase at the earliest but they refused to do so.
