I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order placed on 28/09/2025, which included Nestle Nan Pro 3 (4 qty).

The product received is near its expiry date and the powder milk emits a foul smell, clearly indicating poor quality and unsuitability for use. This is highly disappointing, especially for a baby product that demands strict quality control.

My *Cureka* order *126353_STOR00429* Items included in the shipment:
*Similac Total Comfort Infant Formula Up to 24 months 350g* was to be delivered on[protected], Thursday. The delivery agent called and told that he will deliver next day but even till today I didn't receive the product, every day morning I get a message that it's out for delivery and evening I get a message that the delivery person was not able to deliver cozz i was not available. And the estimated delivery date is being pushed every day. I don't understand why this is happening, this is not the first time the order is being delivered. And the delivery agent is not contacting me or responding to my calls. The order contains baby food, it's required on urgent basis, how can it be delayed for so long even after reaching the destination. Even the cureka customer care personal are telling it will be delivered within 24hrs but it's not being delivered.

Looks like they have neither shipped the product nor given refund for atleast 2 other customers as I can see in this forum itself.
Can you please take necessary action if possible?

I had ordered 3 packs of similac 3 on 30th july 2022 from Cureka. Cash was paid via paytm and the transaction was successful. But I didn't get the product even after two weeks. Already messaged in the number provided as customer service number and I'm getting a very cold response. At first he/she said that the delay was due to the product being out of stock and that the delivery will be done soon. But even after so many days of waiting I didn't get it. So I made an enquiry again and I got the same reply. So I decided to ask for a refund, but there was no answer. Now they have gone completely mute and not responding to any of my messages. If they don't have enough stock, why can't they mark the product as 'Out of Stock' in their site rather than accepting the order& payment and fooling customers?????. I started buying from this site only because the rate was lower than the market price and not because it isn't available in my area.
I was hesitant at first to order from this site because I had heard of so many fraudulent sites, but later trusted only because it was mentioned in the site that it was an initiative of a group of doctors. But with this bad experience, I really doubt if I was wrong in trusting this site and paying online. I need my money back.
