Customer — cheating in the name of indian army

Army person named as manjeet singh called me and told that he is interested in buying 20 hand sanitizer stands as he wants to install at mumbai international airport.. Because he is in-charge of that section till lockdown opens. So according to him i send him the quotation of the total amount.. To which he without bargaining with the total amount he decided to buy. And told me that he will pay 50% as advance via google pay and after delivery 50% to which i agreed. But then to confirm he sent his google pay barcode and asked me to scan that so that 5 rs can be deducted and can confirm the phone number.. To which after debiting 5₹ from my account he sent 10₹ to me from paytm and according to the quotation he first asked me that he has got army voucher machine so for that first amount will be deducted from your account and after that it will be credited to your account.. So then i got a doubt on him.. To which he sent his canteen liquor card with aadhar card and a photo of a india. Army. And told him that i can't trust on him.. To which he disconnected my call.. I want to request the head of this complaint section to pls do look into this matter as many are getting cheated.. Mobile numbers which were used are as follows.
